Thank you, Demo Day Volunteers!

Demo Day at the farm was a huge success. We want to thank everyone who volunteered their time and effort that day because WOW. We are blown away by the transformation of our historic barn!

Not only did our volunteers clear out the stables so we can start constructing the new rescue center, they went above and beyond by doing grounds work around the barn, cleaning the hay lofts and main barn floors, clearing out the grain storage rooms, and even helping to demo the rotted portion of the Bunny Burrow so we can rebuild.

So many more people showed up than we anticipated, and they worked through rain and shine to help us bring our rescue center to life. And many of them are asking to come back and do it again. We are so incredibly thankful for our generous community and absolutely welcome them back anytime.

Because of them, we are one-hundred steps closer to a brand new rescue center for our parrot flock. We cannot wait to put on the finishing touches and welcome them back for the very first tour!
